Filing Clerk

We are currently seeking to recruit a Filing Clerk to join our busy team.

Requirements/Job Spec

  • Maintaining client files
  • Archiving
  • Receive, file and return title deeds
  • Scheduling and scanning of title deeds
  • Deal with bank and client queries re. the status of files and location of title deeds
  • Reception cover
  • Sorting and delivering internal post
  • Any ad hoc duties

 

The candidate should have:

  • Strong attention to detail, a methodical approach to work
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Be able to work on own initiate and within a team
  • Have a can do attitude
  • Previous experience an advantage

Legal Intern

We are currently seeking applications for a Legal Intern.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to experience working in a commercial law firm and also gives us an opportunity to find future trainees and potentially, future solicitors for our firm.
