Treasa is an Associate in our Real Estate department.
She has experience across all areas of residential and commercial conveyancing including leasing, site acquisition and disposal, development schemes, and private client, acting in both residential and commercial transactions.
She acts for a well-known developer in the setup of mixed-use residential schemes, as well as the subsequent disposals to purchasers and deals with local authorities, and other public bodies putting in place the necessary easements for access to public services.
She acts for several charities and semi state bodies in the acquisition, disposal and leasing of commercial properties and has experience in advising financial institutions on property matters, title remediation and security.
Treasa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Limerick and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
