Sara is a solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial department. She is involved in a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions and general commercial work.
Sara joined Gore & Grimes Solicitors LLP in 2026, having trained in another mid-market law firm where she gained broad experience on a range of corporate, commercial and litigation matters. She also brings additional experience from the Court of Justice of the European Union, where she worked as a lawyer linguist in the English Translation Unit before qualifying as a solicitor. Sara speaks English, French, Russian and Spanish.
