Sally Alford

Sally is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate department.

Sally has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions with particular expertise in large scale property transactions, development projects, portfolio sales as well as individual acquisitions and disposals.

Sally acts on behalf of a number of well-known developers and has acted extensively for such developers from site acquisitions stage, financing, assembly and ultimately the onward sale or leasing of the completed development, in commercial, residential and mixed-up developments.

Sally acts for a wide range of public, private and institutional bodies, lending institutions, receivers, commercial landlords and tenants in relation to the acquisition, disposal and leasing of commercial, residential and mixed-use properties.

Sally is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and is a tutor on the Commercial Property course for the Law Society.
