He brings over 27 years of post-qualification experience to the firm, with a practice built across some of the most complex and high value disputes in the Irish market.
Eoin acts on complex multi-jurisdictional disputes, white collar crime defence, shareholder disputes, tax litigation, regulatory investigations and prosecutions, aviation related disputes, private client disputes, professional indemnity and judicial review. He also advises on contentious procurement, banking, financial services, intellectual property, construction and insolvency matters. His client base includes high net worth individuals, consumer brands and entrepreneurs, Irish and multinational companies.
Eoin has long established working relationships with regulatory bodies including the Revenue Commissioners, the Corporate Enforcement Authority and the Garda Economic Crime Bureau. He is recognised in particular for identifying and mitigating risk (whether that be criminal / civil litigation or regulatory risk) and for providing creative solutions to complex and sensitive issues.
Eoin also has a keen interest in tax related litigation, shareholder disputes and multijurisdictional disputes and is a keen supporter of mediation as a means of resolving complex disputes at an early stage.
