Emmet Martin

Emmet is a solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial and Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency having completed his traineeship with Gore & Grimes Solicitors LLP. He has experience in advising clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate advisory work and has advised across a broad range of corporate activities including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and shareholder matters.

Emmet has experience in acting for both financial institutions and corporate clients in the Circuit Court, High Court, to include Commercial Court, and Court of Appeal. He regularly deals with all aspects of insolvency and corporate restructuring and frequently acts for and advises Examiners, Liquidators and Receivers in a range of matters.

He has benefited from a six month secondment with a leading multinational Insurance company. This experience gained him responsibility for the management of the financial lines claims portfolio including professional liability, director and officer and employment practice liability claims.
