Tim is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate department.
He has extensive experience and regularly leads on a variety real estate transactions for our clients across Public and Private Sectors.
He has extensive experience on advising large financial institutions and private equity funds, investors and their appointed receivers in relation to the management and disposal of real estate assets.
Tim regularly provides specialist advice on the enforcement of security over property assets including the appointment of fixed asset receivers, sale of property by mortgagees , portfolio management and title/security remediation as well as acquisition, development, disposal, financing and leasing of various types of commercial and residential properties for his other clients. Tim has expertise in working with both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters including the negotiation of agreements for lease, licences for works, rent review provisions and break options.
