Robert is an Associate in our Corporate & Commercial Department.
Robert joined Gore & Grimes Solicitors LLP from a leading Irish law firm where he advised on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructurings, investments and other general commercial agreements.
Robert has experience advising both international and Irish-based companies across a range of sectors including the technology and pharmaceutical industries, ranging from small start-up companies to large multi-national corporations. Robert has a strong commercial background as a result of having previously worked with an international business consultancy firm.
