Tim Riordan is a solicitor in our Property and Banking Department. Tim graduated from University College Cork in 2003 with an Honours degree in European Studies & French and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2010.
Tim advises on a wide variety of property and banking transactions and also advises Financial Institutions and Receivers in relation to enforcing security, restructuring and the management of distressed property portfolios.
Prior to Joining Gore & Grimes. Tim practiced for a number of years in the areas of property & banking where his experience included security reviews and advising on rectification of title issues; advising lending institutions on enforcement options in relation to fixed asset securities; sale of residential and commercial properties by Receivers, advising clients on landlord and tenant matters, planning issues and advising clients on property related disputes and litigation.
Tim joined Gore & Grimes in December 2015.
