Clodagh is a solicitor in our Banking Litigation Department. Clodagh completed her law degree in University College Cork and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2014 having completed her training in a medium size law firm gaining experience in all aspects of general practice. Prior to joining Gore & Grimes Clodagh worked in a busy and fast paced Debt Recovery Department where she advised on banking related litigation cases and distressed borrowing cases.
Clodagh has a wide range of experience in the areas of banking, litigation and insolvency law. Clodagh has represented some of the leading lending institution within Ireland in the enforcement of security and also injunction proceedings representing them both at Circuit Court and High Court level
