Bernadette is a solicitor in our Property and Banking Department. Bernadette graduated from NUI Galway in 2002 with an Honours degree in Law and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2008 and is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. Bernadette advises on a wide variety of property and banking  transactions and  also advises financial institutions on an ongoing basis in relation to enforcing security, restructuring and the management of distressed property portfolios.  Bernadette advises Receivers all aspects of Receivership, most recently in the context of Fixed Charge Receiverships.

Bernadette trained in a medium sized firm in Galway, gaining experience in all aspects of general practice and remained in the office for a number of years post qualification working  on behalf of many developer clients in the acquisition and sale of development lands. She also gained experience in the purchase and sale of both commercial and residential properties.   Most recently, Bernadette worked for a top tier firm adding to her experience in property and banking related matters.

Bernadette joined Gore & Grimes in November 2013.
